VULNORA TERMS OF SERVICE

By creating an account or using Vulnora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
By accessing or using Vulnora (vulnora.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. These terms apply to all users including free, Pro, and Enterprise subscribers.
Vulnora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Vulnora is a web-based security scanning and vulnerability assessment platform. The service includes:
- Automated security scanning of websites and web applications
- Vulnerability detection and reporting
- Security score calculation and tracking
- PDF report generation
- API access for programmatic scanning
- Team collaboration features
- Email notifications and webhook integrations
Vulnora is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected or that scan results are 100% accurate.
Payment Processor: All payments are securely processed by Cashfree Payments (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). Vulnora does NOT store, process, or have access to your payment card details, CVV, UPI IDs, or bank account information at any time.
💳 ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
- Credit/Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express (processed via Cashfree secure payment gateway)
- UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps
- Net Banking — All major Indian banks
- International Cards — Visa, Mastercard (USD pricing available)
Security: All card transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL and processed on Cashfree's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. Your card number, expiry date, and CVV are NEVER transmitted to or stored on Vulnora servers. Payment is handled entirely by Cashfree's secure hosted checkout page.
✅ REFUND POLICY
Vulnora offers refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of purchase — Full refund if you have not used more than 5 scans
- Duplicate payment — Full refund for accidental duplicate charges
- Technical failure — Full refund if subscription was not activated due to a platform error
- Partial refund — Pro-rated refund for unused months on yearly plans (upon request)
To request a refund, email vulnora9@gmail.com with your order ID within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
✅ CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting vulnora9@gmail.com. Upon cancellation:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After expiry, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan
- No charges are made after cancellation
- There is NO auto-renewal — you must manually repurchase to continue
Pricing:
- Free Plan: ₹0 (limited features)
- Pro Plan: ₹499/month or ₹4,499/year
- Enterprise Plan: ₹1,999/month or ₹17,999/year
Billing:
- Payment is charged immediately upon purchase
- Subscription starts from the moment of successful payment
- No auto-renewal — manual repurchase required
- Receipt email sent upon successful payment
For payment disputes or billing issues: Contact vulnora9@gmail.com within 24 hours of the transaction.
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You must only scan websites you own or have written authorization to test
- You must not use Vulnora for illegal activities or unauthorized access
- One account per person — multiple accounts may be terminated
You MUST have authorization to scan any target. By initiating a scan, you confirm:
- You own the website/application being scanned, OR
- You have explicit written permission from the owner
- You accept full legal responsibility for your scans
Prohibited uses:
- Scanning websites without authorization
- Using scan results to exploit vulnerabilities
- Reselling or redistributing Vulnora's service
- Attempting to bypass subscription limits
- Automated abuse of the scanning infrastructure
- Using the platform for DDoS or denial of service attacks
⚠️ Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement.
Vulnora reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You scan unauthorized targets
- You attempt to exploit or abuse the platform
- You engage in fraudulent payment activity
- Required by law or legal process
No refund will be issued for terminated accounts. Upon termination, your scan data may be permanently deleted.
- Vulnora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee detection of all vulnerabilities
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of scan results
- We are not responsible for security breaches on your systems
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period
- We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions
- Vulnora's scanning technology, UI, and code are proprietary
- You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
- Scan results belong to you — you may use them as you wish
- The Vulnora name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Vulnora Inc.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India. By using Vulnora, you consent to this jurisdiction.
